Acquired skills
1. Communication skills: -
Able to communicate effectively with the sales team, customers and suppliers. Whether communication is verbal or written, I have the ability to convey information clearly.
2. Ability to organize and plan:
Organize schedules, follow up on requests, and coordinate activities between different teams. I am able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Understanding the market and products: -
I have a good knowledge of the products or services being sold.
4. Customer Relationship Management: -
I have the ability to build good relationships with customers and retain them and have skills in dealing with their inquiries and complaints and following up their requests effectively.
5. Data Analysis Skills: -
Have the ability to analyze data such as sales reports and reviews to identify trends and improve strategies.
6. Ability to work under pressure: -
In fast-changing or high-goal work environments, I have the ability to manage stress and achieve set goals.
7. Software Knowledge: -
I have skills in using customer relationship management tools, as well as data analytics and spreadsheet programs such as Excel.
8. Flexibility and adaptation:-
Since the work environment may change rapidly, I am flexible and able to adapt to changes in the market or in company strategies.
9. Negotiation skills:-
Although my job is not usually the lead negotiator, having negotiation skills can be useful in dealing with suppliers or customers to achieve the best deals.
10. Teamwork:-
- Able to collaborate with other teams within the company such as marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure that goals are achieved.
